Frequently Asked Questions on Fax Broadcasting

Q:  What is the average response rate? OR How many responses will I receive?

A:  The average response rate or the number of responses that you will receive is determined by your fax flyer and how much it has been faxed. The average for one flyer may be less than 1% while the average for another flyer may be more than 3%. I have seen flyers generate more than 80 responses per thousand and I have seen flyers generate 0 (ZERO) responses. That is why I suggest that you test your flyer by doing a fax blast to 1,000. Then, if you are satisfied with the results, blast the rest of my list with the same flyer before anyone else has a chance to blast it with a flyer similar to yours. That is how to make the most money!

Q:  What is the best day to do a fax blast?

A:  I don't believe that there is a best or worst day to do a fax blast. Do you throw away all of your faxes without reading them just because it is a particular day of the week? I don't do that! I figure that a fax will get read whenever the person that received it gets around to it. Lots of people believe that Monday or Tuesday are the best days to do a fax blast. I look at it this way... if people are receiving 10 faxes on Monday, 10 on Tuesday and only 2 on Thursday, which day will they have the most time to read the faxes and consider the income opportunities?

What is important is that the faxes are not sent while people are likely to be sleeping since lots of people receive faxes on their phone line. Those people get very angry when they receive a fax in the middle of the night! I don't usually send faxes before 9 AM or after 8 PM in the time zone where the fax is received.

If you need to fax information to those who respond to your fax blast then obviously it is important to fax them the information as soon as possible. Therefore, if you are not available on a certain day then you don't want your fax blast to go out that day. People do not like to wait for anything that they requested- especially when there may be a chance for them to make money!

If you want your fax blast to start on a particular day, be sure to write the instructions on the orderform!

Q:  If I send my order today or tomorrow when will my fax blast go out?

A:  If you wanted your fax blast to go out yesterday then don't send the order tomorrow! PLAN AHEAD! If you are in a hurry then send your order by Federal Express or UPS because EXPRESS MAIL via the Post Office will take at least 2 days! Don't ask me to do your fax blast before I receive your order! It is not fair to put your order ahead of someone that has already paid. Fax blasts are done in the order that they are received. I usually complete a fax blast the day after I receive the order but it could be longer if I receive too many orders at the same time or if I have technical problems. Also, I will not do your fax blast if your order is not complete so be sure to READ THE ORDERFORM!

Q:  What is a Postal Money Order?

A:  It is a money order that can only be purchased at the Post Office.

Q:  Why do you only give the 20% discount for a Postal Money Order?

A:  A Postal Money Order can be cashed at the Post Office. I have to cash any other kind of money order at a bank and I don't like to deal with Banksters! I HATE SCAMMERS!

Q:  If I use your service and then place another order, will my flyer be faxed to the same numbers as before?

A:  Probably not but there are exceptions. I put all of the fax numbers that I have used for a particular program in the same file and save it for at least a month. If I receive another order for the same program within 30 days, I will not fax the flyer back to the numbers in that file until I have used the rest of the numbers in my database. I will delete the file if I have not received an order for that program in over a month. Doing that saves space on my computer plus if a person has not received a particular flyer in over a month they may not remember ever having received it. Also, they may be not have been open to looking at a new income opportunity before but may be ready to look at one now.

Q:  Where do you get your fax numbers?

A:  The answer to the question is on the orderform so be sure to read it!

Q:  Are your fax numbers fresh? OR How fresh are your fax numbers?

A:  Yes, they are fresh because I just got them out of the oven! That is my favorite answer to that silly question. The question is silly because when I ask the person, "What is a fresh fax number?", people usually don't have an answer.

Is a fresh fax number the fax number of a person that just got his/her first fax machine and is new to receiving income opportunities by fax and is therefore naive and apt to join several programs before they learn to be more careful about the programs that they join? If that is the meaning of a fresh fax number then how would I know the answer? Is a fresh fax number the fax number of someone who recently requested info about an income opportunity? If it is then how would I know? What if they did recently request info on an income opportunity and they joined the program... Would their fax number be considered as a fresh number even though they are focused on the new program that they just joined and are not currently open to checking out other income opportunities?

What people really want to know is whether or not my fax numbers are responsive to receiving information about their income opportunity. The honest answer of course is MAYBE or I don't know! I have already partially discussed the matter in the very first question about response rates. There are people in my fax list that probably respond to just about every fax that they receive unless they have received it before. There are other people in my fax list who probably have not responded to anything in years but they have not requested that their number be removed from my list. There are people in my fax list who will respond to an opportunity but don't have the money to join it. There are people in my fax list who will respond just to get your contact information so that they can try to recruit you into their program. There are excellent prospects in my fax list for your opportunity IF you have a good opportunity. Even though there is NO perfect fax list, I believe that I have the most responsive fax list that exists!

If I knew who was really interested and would respond to a particular income opportunity, then I would guarantee 20 responses and my customers would be very happy to pay $150 for them. Then I would fax to the 20 numbers of those who would respond and be finished with the job in 10 minutes and it would cost me less than $1! I could do a lot more fax jobs and make more money and my customers would always be happy because they got the 20 responses for which they paid. Of course it does not work like that so the best thing for you to do is to test your flyer and see what happens. Then go HOG WILD and blast all of my numbers if you are satisfied with the test!

Q:  Why didn't I make $4,200 in 7 days like Joe Blow did when he did a fax blast? OR Why didn't I receive 50 to 70 responses to my fax blast like Joe Blow did?

A:  First of all, don't believe everything you hear or read! One of the oldest tricks in the MLM book is to tell a BIG LIE about all the money you're making just to get more Suckers to join the program! Joe Blow probably hasn't made 42 cents! He is probably using a flyer created by the founder of the program who may or may not have made $4,200 when he/she started the program 10 years ago. The founder may have made lots of money and received a 5% response before the program was faxed to death. Once a program gets HOT and lots of people are joining, it is not very long before every fax number in the country has been blasted over and over again with the same old flyer! Even if you change the flyer and get a decent response, people will not join the program because once they receive the information about the program, they will realize that they are either already in the program or they have already checked it out and are not interested in joining.

Don't confuse responses with sign-ups! If someone tells you that they got 20 responses, that does not mean that they got 20 sign-ups! You will be doing good if you get 1/3 of the responders to join the program! That's if it does not cost more than $100 to $200 to join the program and they are getting a useful product. If it costs  $1,000 to join then you may not get any of the 20 responders to join, even if you have a great system! It takes a good sales person to convince people to let go of that much money.

Don't fall for the old lie about all you need to do is get 2 or 3 or whatever and then do nothing while your downline gets their 2 or 3 or whatever and then you will make tons of money. It NEVER works that way! Some people will join a program and do NOTHING! Even if everyone that joined a program did a fax blast, there are not enough fax numbers for very many people to make money. There's not enough email addresses or mailing addresses of people who are responsive to income opportunities to keep a program growing for years either! You can make money in MLM or Network Marketing by fax blasting and e-blasting but you need to join a good income opportunity early and be one of the first to blast your responsive ad to responsive lists before everyone else starts doing it!
